Peter Caristo is a results driven Exploration Geologist with over 25 years’ in the mineral exploration industry. He has extensive project generation, project assessment, management and execution experience in Australia and overseas covering greenfields and brownfields projects, and a wide range of geological terranes and mineralisation styles. Desire to innovate to add value to an organisation.

A constructive leader and team player with experience in Asia-Pacific, West Africa and North America. Delivers business value through project selection, efficient exploration, and well implemented exploration strategies.

Long career with Major and Mid-tier Au companies, as well as consulting through boutique consultancies and as an independent consultant.

Peter is an active participant in the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and currently Chairs the Queensland Branch as well as acts as a Mentor through the AIG and privately.
